Taking place from 8pm ‘till late on Saturday, 31st December 2022, the New Year’s Eve Celebration at INTERSECT BY LEXUS brunch will feature a delicious menu of Modern Japanese fusion dishes, kicking off with sumptuous starters such as Sambal Edamame, Salmon Carpaccio and Crispy Sweet Potato, followed by an extensive selection of finely-crafted Maki and Nigiri, and then favourite mains such as Banana-Wrapped Sea Bream, tender Black Onyx Striploin, Roasted Corn-Fed Chicken Breast, and the rich and creamy Mushroom Risotto. 

The delicious menu is complemented by an extensive selection of beverages, including exotic mixology, house beverages, creative mocktails, the finest Japanese Sencha green tea and crafted coffee.
