INTERSECT BY LEXUS, the fine dining venue at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), has announced their menu for Ramadan, offering a truly tempting selection of classic mezze, Middle Eastern and international dishes, and sumptuous sushi to guests after sundown.
Taking place from sundown onwards throughout the Holy Month, the Iftar at INTERSECT BY LEXUS will welcome guests with traditional refreshments, including Jallab and Tamar Hindi, with dates and dried fruits to break their fast.
This will be followed by an extensive hot and cold mezze selection, featuring firm favourites such as hummus, smoked aubergine mutable, Lebanese tabbouleh, cheese sambousek and lamb kibbeh, accompanied by freshly-baked white and brown pitta and bread rolls, and a choice of traditional lentil or mushroom soup.
The main feast will include a range of classic Ramadan fare, including traditional Iranian mixed grill with rice, kibbeh with yogurt, and shish barak, as well as international favourites such as butter chicken with saffron rice & cashew nuts and pan seared salmon with lemon butter sauce.
Adding a tantalising taste of Asia will be a selection of signature sushi creations from INTERSECT BY LEXUS, including Ebi Nigiri, Crispy Spicy Salmon, Yasai Maki and more.
The Ramadan Iftar menu is the latest experience from INTERSECT BY LEXUS offering guests a personalised taste of exquisite modern Asian fusion dishes along with the renowned Japanese Omotenashi hospitality and the creative confluence of art, design, and technology.
The Iftar menu at INTERSECT BY LEXUS is available throughout the month of Ramadan for only AED220 per guest, and AED50 for children aged 7-12 years, while dining is complimentary for children aged 6 years and below.
