What is Al-Futtaim Automotive 24/7 Roadside Assistance Programme?

1. Roadside Assistance defines as services that assist customers when their vehicle breaks down due to accident, mechanical issue, battery, low fuel or lock out circumstances.
2. Al-Futtaim Automotive 24/7 Roadside assistance provides customers with two subgroups of service namely, Recovery services and Roadside Assistance Services.
3. We recover or give roadside assistance to any vehicle that have been purchased from an Al-Futtaim group company.

What is the difference between Recovery Services & Roadside Assistance Services?

1. Recovery Services - Customer vehicle to be towed on recovery truck to Al Futtaim Service Center
2. Roadside Assistance Services - Services provided at the customer location only. Such services are Fuel, Battery boost, Lock out, Tyre swap, Pull out (desert, basment, roadside)

How much does it cost to avail these services?

1. Recovery service - This service is FREE to customers provided the vehicle is transported on recovery truck directly to an Al Futtaim workshop.
2. Roadside Assistance Services - Within these services, assistance to the customer is FREE, but any additional purchase of items e.g. battery, top up fuel will be paid by the customer.
