The Lexus Artificial Intelligence Live Assistant (LAILA) will be accessible through the Lexus UAE website and Facebook page, easing and simplifying the buying process

Using AI, Lexus can more intelligently and efficiently predict its customers’ behaviour to provide a personalised shopping experience.
