Benjamin will be leading a dynamic team consisting of gastronomy experts, as well as professionals in hospitality, customer service and operations to bring the new concept of INTERSECT BY LEXUS to life at the DIFC.
Joining the ‘INTERSECT BY LEXUS’ team also is Chef Tomas Reger, the accomplished culinary director behind some of the region’s most successful kitchens and gastronomic concepts, and the brains behind ‘Dubai’s Secret Supper Club’, ‘From One Chef To Another’ and ‘Bloomie’s Kitchen’.
Reger, Along with his team, is working meticulously to curate an exceptional menu using the finest and freshest ingredients to enrich the casual fine dining concept and complement the space’s overall outstanding ambiance. Focusing on a simple, yet sophisticated environment, the food lounge led by Reger is set to offer exceptional and unconventional dishes like Beet and Barley risotto; Chilean seabass with yuzu glazed turnips or Slow cooked beef short ribs with celeriac puree.
